Digital Navigators

Digital navigators offer free, ongoing help for you to get your own laptop or other device, sign up for affordable internet, or learn how to use technology. Virtual Appointment Information and Tips

The Denver Public Library uses Google Meet for virtual appointments, however, you are not required to have a Google account in order to attend your virtual appointment. You will receive three email messages before your appointment:

  • A confirmation email immediately after your appointment submission with all the appointment information except for the virtual Google Meet link.
  • A follow-up email that includes the Google Meet link. Please save this email message or add the Google Meet link to your calendar. This is the only message you will receive with the Google Meet link.
  • A reminder email 24 hours before your appointment.
